The Manhattan Park District Aspires to Create Community Partnerships Built on Tradition
OUR MISSION
The Manhattan Park District's mission is to pursue excellence in program and facility management, to maintain and redevelop facilities as necassary, and to be responsible for the recreation needs of the Park District.  The Manhattan Park District will provide recreation facilities and programs for residents of all ages, while adhering to sound fiscal planning and equitable resource allocation that promises the protection of significant natural features and open space areas.
