Central Park Room & Pavilion Rentals

There are three rental options within our Central Park location. Interested renters may come in to the Program Center located at 397 State Street or call us at 815-478-3324 to check on date availability for your event. Upon availability, a Rental Application must be signed and completed. Also, at this time, all applicable rental fees and security deposits must be paid in full for your application to be processed. Please keep in mind that all park district facilities are rented on a first come, first serve basis.

Program Center Room Rental Policy

The Program Center located at 397 State Street has two rooms available for parties, showers, and special family events. Facilities are available between 10:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Sunday. Call the center at 815-478-3324 to check on room availability. A Facility Rental Application must be signed and completed along with all applicable fees and security deposits for your event to be processed. All rentals are booked on a first come, first serve basis.

Private Room (Holds up to 40 people)
Maximum up to four hours  
Park District Resident Fee $40/hr
Non-Resident Fee $65/hr
   
All Purpose Room (Holds up to 80 people)
Maximum up to four hours  
Park District Resident Fee $80
Non-Resident Fee $105
(Tables/Chairs set-up & take down, Jungle Jumpy or paper products available for an additional fee)

 

Baker-Koren Round Barn Farm Park Pavilion Rentals

Within the spacious grounds of the Round Barn park are three Pavilions available for rental. Applications available at Program Center, located at 397. State Street.
